These terms govern your use of LocalPulse while the product is in early access. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Service provided as-is

LocalPulse is under active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but during early access it is provided "as-is" without uptime or performance guarantees.

No ranking or growth guarantees

LocalPulse gives you audits, insights, and content generation tools to help your Google Business Profile or social accounts perform better. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, follower growth, engagement, or any other outcome — results depend on your market, your actions, and factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse LocalPulse — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate the terms of the platforms it connects to (such as Google or social media platforms).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
